KEY TAKEAWAYS
When and where will the Lamborghini Temerario GT3 debut?
The Lamborghini Temerario GT3 will make its debut at the upcoming 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed, scheduled to take place from July 11 to 13, 2025.What car will replace the Lamborghini Huracan?
The car that will replace the Lamborghini Huracan is the Temerario.Specifically, the said victory counts as the Italian car brand's “first major international GT3-only 24-hour race win” at the legendary Belgian race track. In recent years, the brand and its teams have previously attained class victories in the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring, and the Petit Le Mans.
“This is another dream that is coming true, because we have four fantastic 24-hour races in the world, and Spa is one of the most amazing races,” Chief Technical Officer of Lamborghini Rouven Mohr said.
“And to win it has been fantastic, the job that the whole Squadra Corse team has done has been superb and a good example of a perfect collaboration, and I am super proud of this. This is the best way to end the 10-year history of the Huracán GT3, but we still have many more races to focus on and win,” Mohr added.

According to Lamborghini, however, the team made steady gains throughout the gruelling 24-hour endurance race. It likewise helped that the race event saw no rain, which, according to the Sant’Agata Bolognese-headquartered firm, made sure to showcase the “full potential of the Huracán GT3 Evo 2 car.”
A swansong for Lamborghini Huracan
As Mohr mentioned above, the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo 2 and the Huracán nameplate in general are due to be replaced.
Its successor is the Temerario and its eventual GT3 version. So in a sense, the Gasser Racing team's victory with the Huracán GT3 Evo 2 at the 2025 24 Hours of Spa is a fitting send-off for the outgoing model.
