- Governance enhancement
- Product and sales strategy in Japan and the United States
- Talent strategy including new hiring
- Corporate sports activities
- Executive retirement compensation
- Responsibilities of outside directors

Nissan’s recent challenges
In the context of the above, Espino’s first-ever general meeting with Nissan shareholders is a crucial step in its plans to recover from its recent financial woes.

The aforementioned comes after the Nissan and Honda Motor Company business integration plan was halted.

The Renault group has also gained full ownership of the Magnite-producing Renault Nissan Automotive India Private Limited (RNAIPL) in Chennai, India.
