P2L oil price hike to be implemented this week
Oil firms in the Philippines are set to raise the prices of their products at the pump by at least P2 per liter this week.

The adjustments on pump prices on some oil player are set to be implemented as early as 12:01 a.m. tomorrow.Based on their respective advisories, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Seaoil, Petron, and Unioil shall jack up the price of gasoline by P 2 per liter and diesel by P2.50 per liter.
Those who offer kerosene shall raise its pump pricing by P2 per liter too.
Other fuel companies are expected to implement the same movement, which is set to take place as early as 12:01 a.m. tomorrow (September 19).
Last week, local players increased the price of gasoline by P0.20 per liter, diesel by P0.40 per liter, and kerosene by P0.20 per liter.
