With its success in its home market, it can be argued that the aforementioned electrified model could very well be a big-ticket hybrid model for Mitsubishi here in the Philippines. The local market, after all, is currently seeing a strong rally when it comes to PHEV nameplates - yes, including those that are in the more “premium” side of the said category.
If one remembers, the previous iteration of the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV was sold in the Philippines at P2.998 million. The price sounds steep, but do be aware that this was before legislative measures that now make electrified vehicles more accessible.
