Volvo PH launches Refreshing all-new XC90 at Power plant Mall

MANILA: Volvo Philippines has grown steadily and manages to sell over 4,000 cars through years. The Volvo dealership has also increased immensely, Volvo now has authorized dealers in Cebu, North EDSA, Alabang and Iloilo. Volvo has certainly established a good market position here and seems dedicated to offer vehicles that assure premium safety features and refined luxury. Over time, it has also evolved and brought major changes in its designs and service.

Yesterday Volvo Philippines’ 21st-anniversary event was held at Rockwell's Power plant Mall & there the automaker showcased some classic cars. The reception and the arrangement was simply amazing and elegant. Apart from this, Volvo also showcased it's much awaited all-new XC90 that is a replacement for the 2002 XC90. Looking to the new XC90, we feel that waiting 12 years wasn't a bad idea. The new XC90 comes with refreshing looks including new body, new engine, new platform and new safety features. It is based on Volvo’s new Scalable Product Architecture technology, the cornerstone of $11-billion transformation plan.

The XC90 cabin is all you would expect from a decent SUV. The interior is appealing and elegant with sparse buttons and the massive digital screen assembled in the center console. The center console appears much like the Tesla Model S. The buttons look expensive and beautiful. Both the engine start button and drive mode switches gets diamond-cut design. In addition, the XC90 gets a high-performance audio system with 10 speakers and a 330W amplifier.

The reports reveal that the three variants of the XC90 will be available in Philippines market at a price ranging from PhP 5 million to PhP 7 million.
