HPDC
For the unaware, the HPDC is a one-make race in which competitors use lightly modified versions of the Honda CBR150R. The said racing series is touted by Honda Philippines Incorporated (HPI) as a platform for young riders to get a step inside the competitive world of two-wheeled motorsports.
But apart from being a racing series for youngsters, the HPDC is also a character-building experience for its participants. Per HPI, it is a program that develops talent and leadership for future champions. It also showcases HPI’s array of motorcycle technologies developed and honed on the track, eventually perfected for on-road consumer motorcycles.
Lastly, the HPDC is a sign that HPI remains committed to motorsport. The aforementioned is, of course, shown by all the training and equipment the company provides to the young one-make race competitors.
