Range estimation needs some improvement
I previously had another electric vehicle from a luxury brand and decided to switch to the Hyundai Ioniq 9 when I needed a third row. This vehicle feels premium, is comfortable, and comes with great safety features. The infotainment and app work very well. The place where the Ioniq 9 has missed the mark is in its ability to estimate range. The car that I owned previously was very accurate and used to adapt its range based on the way I was driving and other conditions, such as the heating/AC. However, on one stretch of highway driving of 40 miles during which I hit no traffic and used adaptive cruise set to 68mph, I used 60 miles of range. This discrepancy is incorrect.
