The next-generation Ford Territory continues to make waves in the local automotive industry two months after it made its debut at the 2023 Manila International Auto Show, with over 1,500 units sold to date. The next-gen Ford Territory has been highly raved for its powerful yet fuel-efficient performance, sophisticated looks, luxurious interiors, and cutting-edge technologies.

Here are the new features that make the next-gen Ford Territory a promising five-seater SUV:

Greater power, more efficient performance

The 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine in the next-gen Ford Territory offers a boost in driving power and an improved driving experience. The engine can produce up to 160ps of power and 248Nm of torque, which is a 10% improvement in performance over the previous model. Furthermore, the next-gen Ford Territory has the new Auto-Start Stop Technology, which improves fuel efficiency by helping the driver consume less fuel when braking to a full stop.

Seven-speed automatic transmission with rotary e-Shifter

The next-gen Ford Territory's engine is paired to a seven-speed automatic transmission with a wet-dual clutch system and rotary e-Shifter, which enables easy shifts by simply turning the rotary dial on the center console. The next-gen Ford Territory also has four selectable drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, and Mountain. These drive modes help boost the driver's confidence and improve their driving experience on various terrains.

Upgraded exterior

The next-gen Ford Territory features a revamped, elegant exterior with an integrated honeycomb grille, signature daytime running lamps, and full LED headlights that are lowered toward the ground to widen illumination coverage and give the vehicle a more commanding presence.

The 10mm longer wheelbase and ground clearance of the next-gen Ford Territory give it a more rugged style, helping the driver stand out on the road while maintaining good visibility and the ability to handle various road conditions.

The next-gen Ford Territory is available in six colors: Blue Metallic, Crystal Pearl White, Lustrous Grey, Panther Black, Ruby Red, and Star White.

Premium interior designed for comfort and convenience

With new interior features like a wireless charging, 12-inch colored touchscreen, and dual-zone electronic air temperature control, the next-gen Ford Territory ensures comfort and convenience on every ride. The new air-conditioning system of the top-of-the-line Titanium X variant comes with Air Anion Generator with PM2.5 monitoring that continuously checks the quality of the air inside the vehicle while keeping it at a safe level for the passengers.

Improved safety features

A safer driving experience is provided by the next-gen Ford Territory's new driver-assist technologies, such as the Blind Spot Information System with Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Door Open Alarm, Hill Descent Control, and Enhanced Active Park Assist.

More driver-assist features are included in the Titanium X variant, including Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go, Auto High Beam, Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Brake with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Keeping Aid, and Collision Mitigation System.

The next-gen Ford Territory also comes standard with a 360-degree camera that gives the driver a clear view of the surroundings, including any blind spots, and allows for easier maneuvering.

Five years of free warranty

For a worry-free ownership experience, every purchase of the next-gen Ford Territory comes with a five-year or 150,000km warranty.
