2018 Hyundai Creta facelift to feature a sunroof

MANILA: Hyundai has established itself as a credible brand when it comes to comfortable yet performance centric cars within an affordable budget. In keeping up with their promise to provide multi-purpose crossovers in new markets, Hyundai is all set to launch its latest model, 2018 Hyundai Creta facelift in various markets.

Poised with an array of impressive features and state-of-the-art design that will not only appeal to traditional SUV enthusiasts but would also garner interest among people looking for options in the subcompact crossover segment; Hyundai is expected to stun the buyers with the inclusion of a sun-roof in Creta.

Made primarily with the intention of introducing a more competitive option in the crossover segment; the Creta facelift has already stirred ample curiosity in the Philippines auto-market.

The Hyundai Creta was first unveiled in the Philippines during the 2017 Manila Auto Show. The 2018 version of the vehicle is particularly aimed at emerging markets of South-East Asia where the popularity of subcompact crossover segment has skyrocketed. The Creta facelift is likely to be released in the Philippines with its existing engine in petrol and diesel variants.

The Creta Facelift as seen in the pics and the test mule reveals wheel styling similar to the Creta sport that sells in the South American market. A prominent hexagonal grille featuring chrome accents and a beefy front bumper complete with creases and well-defined fog lamps. Adding to the muscle on the SUV's face is a thin chin in black that enhances its visual appeal further. The car’s rear is likely to find some tweaking to the tail lamps that will feature additional LED inserts, with some redesigning to the bumper.  

As for the engines, the current set is expected to continue with 1.4-litre petrol and 1.6-litre diesel units.
