“Many participants also explored new ways of expanding their workshops and creating local jobs through the guidance and resources shared during the summit.”
The company also noted that, for Shell Lubricants, the growth reflects the strength of its partner-driven approach. Aside from that, there are no franchise fees to join Fast Track. Instead, Shell works closely with each workshop to understand its goals, challenges, and growth potential.
“Our role is to guide our partners toward decisions that make sense for their business and community,” Shell Lubricants Head of Marketing and Business Development Ika Halili said.
“It’s about helping them grow steadily and sustainably, not just encouraging expansion for expansion’s sake.”
SPC mentioned that since the first run of Fast Track, more workshops have bolstered their collaboration with Shell Helix — many of which expanded their services, invested in training, and upgraded their facilities to serve their customers better. These developments, the company claimed, show how the program continues to deliver long-term value for both partners and their communities.
Moreover, SPC said that as workshops grow, more jobs are being generated for mechanics and technicians, service standards are improved, and local economies get more support.
“Every workshop that grows adds to the vitality of its community — from the people it employs to the customers it serves,” Shell Helix Brand Manager Jensen Garcia explained.
“Shell Helix is proud to be part of their journey, because their progress contributes to local progress as well.”
