9th PIMS: Jetour Auto PH to unveil T2 Terminator, X50

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines (JAPI) will be launching the X50 and the T2 Terminator 4x4 at the 9th Philippine International Motor Show on October 24-27, 2024, at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

The aforementioned was confirmed by the brand after releasing an initial teaser on its official Facebook page. Examples of compact and off-road capable crossover models will be displayed at the brand’s indoor booth at the World Trade Center during the event. 

The marque’s outdoor booth section, meanwhile, will provide test drive opportunities to the public. It will feature selected products from the brand’s lineup, including the new T2 4x4 variant, the recently launched Dashing Lighting DM-i, and the Ice Cream electric vehicle (EV).

 

“The 9th PIMS gives us the free hand to showcase our brand to both loyal and new customers alike, and our display setup at the show gives visitors an easier time to find our booth and displays. We cannot wait to welcome event goers to our display and give them a unique, hands-on, and memorable experience,” JAPI Marketing Director Cherry May De Los Santos said. 

For now, Jetour Auto's local arm has revealed no specifications or pricing details for the aforementioned models, but more details will surely come out at the 2024 edition of the biennial car show. 

Based on the additional teaser images provided by JAPI, however, it is clear to see that the T2 Terminator is an off-road capable ride. It sports plenty of exterior auxiliary LED lamps, a pair of beefy roof rails, and a tailgate-mounted tire carrier. 

The X50, meanwhile, is a plush crossover that sports a contemporarily styled exterior enhanced by chrome decorative fitments, a large vertically slatted grille, and a set of sharp-looking LED lighting fixtures.
