Jetour Auto PH showcases T2 with community meet-up

MANILA: Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) showcased the popularity of the T2 sport utility vehicle (SUV) through a massive meet-and-greet event for the nameplate’s community of owners. 

In total, the event, which was held at the Timerland Highlands Resort in San Mateo, Rizal, was attended by 41 Jetour T2 owners. And of course, the aforementioned turned the venue into a sizable display of the T2’s “rugged elegance and versatile character.” 

Apart from showing off their rides, owners of the T2 had the opportunity to engage with the JAPI team directly. JAPI, on the other hand, said it was able to share notable updates and gather insightful feedback from its clients. 

“Seeing this passionate group of T2 owners converge is the ultimate validation of what Jetour stands for. We didn’t just launch a vehicle; we introduced a new catalyst for adventure,” JAPI Managing Director Miguelito Jose said. 

“The T2 is engineered for those who look at a map and see possibilities, not boundaries. The gathering is living proof that we are building more than just a customer base-we are cultivating a family of trailblazers. The stories shared and the friendships forged here today are the true horsepower of the Jetour brand, and it inspires us to continue delivering not only exceptional vehicles but an ownership journey that is just as remarkable,” Jose added. 

Jetour T2 in the Philippines

For those curious, the Philippine-spec Jetour T2 is a five-seater, off-road capable SUV with a price ranging from P2.498 million-P2.598 million. 

Propelling the model is a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine capable of producing up to 251 horsepower (hp) and 390 Newton-meters (Nm) of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
