Ford Iloilo moves to new location

MANILA: Ford Philippines has moved its Iloilo dealership to a new location — ensuring a bigger and more equipped facility compared to the previous one that has been serving the market there.

In a statement, the Blue Oval marque’s local arm shared that the newly-opened facility —which is managed by Fairlane Automotive Ventures, Incorporated (FAVI) —  furthers its commitment to providing an enhanced ownership experience to its growing customer base in the area.

Situated along Benigno Aquino Jr. Avenue, Cabugao Sur, Santa Barbara, Iloilo, the relocated Ford Iloilo utilizes more than 5,000 square meters (sqm) of lot area by putting up a two-storey establishment with a roof deck.

Creating over a 6,000-sqm floor space, the new Ford Iloilo features a modern showroom that can display up to 10 vehicles (more than twice the capacity of the former space) and a service area with 16 bays (compared to the previous dealership which only has eight).

“Ford Iloilo reflects the strength of our partnership with FAVI and our shared goal of serving our customers better,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Pedro Simoes said.

“With a larger facility that occupies a more strategic location in a growing market like Iloilo, we are better equipped to support our customers’ evolving needs and bring the Ford ownership experience closer to the community,” he added.

Meanwhile, FAVI General Manager Andre Borromeo expressed pride over the opening of the new Ford Iloilo. “This milestone reflects our long-term commitment to providing quality and reliable service to our customers in Iloilo and nearby areas,” the dealer executive was quoted as saying.

To note, the previous Ford Iloilo was recognized among Ford Philippines’ Top 3 Service Customer Satisfaction performers for 2024.
