Latest Mercedes E-Class Presented With AMG Modifications

MANILA: We have already seen the launch of the latest Mercedes E-Class a couple of months ago at the Detroit Auto Show 2016. The latest E-Class sedan was received with a warm public welcome and presented several significant changes to the vehicle’s design and technology. Being one of the flagship products by the German automakers, it was nigh impossible that it would not be presented with upgrades from their AMG subsidiary. This has resulted in the launch of AMG E43, which not only enhances the engine’s capabilities beyond their threshold but also adds some interesting changes to the vehicle’s design.

Executive cars and luxury vehicles are a highly sought after vehicle segment in the Philippines and the availability of a much powerful E-Class 2017 certainly sounds like an enticing offer. The newest E-Class was already a subject of high anticipation by buyers and autogeeks across the globe, simply due to the manufacturer’s reputation in this segment of cars. New upgrades include the addition of a turbocharger that boosts the V6 engine to produce 401 hp with 520 Nm of Torque. Additionally, a 9-speed G-Tronic automatic transmission with an all-wheel drive system are also fitted in the modded vehicle.

Technological changes in the Mercedes E-Class AMG include a brand new suspension and sports steering that has pushed the vehicle’s driving comfort beyond the limitations of any luxury sedan in its class. The 9-speed transmission has been overhauled to make the gear shifting even more quick than the regular variant to match the engine’s overwhelming power output. Body modifications are also pretty evident with a redesigned front fascia with larger openings for air intake. 5-spoke alloy wheels also look great despite the plain design. The latest vehicle is all set to rock the upcoming New York Auto Show and might be presented for the Philippine buyers in the second half of 2016.
