MG PH is mobility partner of 2022 Miss Universe, winner to receive brand-new ZS Alpha

MANILA: MG Philippines continues its strong partnership with the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) organization, being named its Official Mobility Partner for the third consecutive year.

MG Philippines has been MUPH’s mobility partner since the group’s inaugural year in 2020, and an indelible partnership between these two powerhouse brands has been established, driven by the goal of championing the empowered and modern Filipino woman. 

The winner of Miss Universe PH 2022 will go home with a slew of prizes, but on top of her haul will be a brand-new MG ZS Alpha crossover SUV. 

The MG ZS Alpha is equipped with features that make driving it easy, safe, and fun. These include an efficient 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine that produces 114 horsepower and 150Nm of torque, an eight-inch LCD infotainment unit equipped with Apple CarPlay, a push start/stop button, and a multi-function steering wheel. A huge panoramic “Stargazer” sunroof is perfect for when the weather outside is pleasant.

The ZS also packs a host of modern driving aids such as a reverse camera, cornering brake control, electronic brake assist, electronic brake distribution, hill start assist, tire pressure monitoring system, and traction control system.  

Furthermore, a special award named after MG will be given to one of the other contestants for this year’s Miss Universe PH contest. She will be recognized for her extraordinary qualities, and for how she has crossed over and above expectations in exhibiting her unique beauty and character.

Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Coronation Night happens on April 30 at the Mall of Asia Arena. It will be live streamed on ABS-CBN via iWantTFC, YouTube, and The Filipino Channel on the same day, with a delayed telecast on GMA on May 1.
