More Foton ambulances turned over to provincial LGUs

MANILA: With the increasing need for emergency response units along with the rise of various health concerns in the country, Foton continues to provide high-quality ambulances that different local government units (LGUs) nationwide trust and rely on.

In Pampanga, Foton recently deployed emergency transport fleets, which consist of 11 units of the Foton Traveller Ambulance, fitted with reliable Cummins engines.

Aside from broad interiors, the units have adequate head room clearance and internal dimensions. These enable the ambulance units to have space for medical professionals to properly perform their duties.

Meanwhile, the provincial government of Camarines Sur, under the leadership of Governor Miguel Luis Villafuerte, were able to tap Foton Transvan HR ambulance units to constantly provide emergency mobility to its citizens.

The Foton Transvan HR Ambulance is fitted with emergency equipment and items such as medical kits, paramedic seats, a heavy-duty spine board, and foldable wheeled stretchers.

The ambulance also features power sockets to provide electrical current to essential equipment like disinfection lamps, ECG displays, defibrillators, and digital sphygmomanometers. This allows the unit to be suitable for use in emergency situations.

Units of the Foton Transvan HR Ambulance were also turned over to the LGU of Palawan for more efficient delivery of health/medical services.
