Nissan strengthens presence in PH with Calamba dealership opening

MANILA: Nissan now has a total of 51 dealerships in the Philippines after formally opening its newest facility in Calamba City, Laguna.

Located at Purok 2, Barangay Makiling, the newly-inaugurated establishment boosts the brand’s presence in the South Luzon region—one of the country's fastest-growing economic corridors.

Operated by Synergyauto Ventures Corporation (SVC) Group under the leadership of Doroteo Sornet, Nissan Calamba marks an important milestone for the brand as it is serves as its first dealership in Laguna and the fifth full dealership under the dealer-partner since 2023.

Nissan Calamba is a full 3S (sales, service, and spare parts) dealership. It has a 2,100 square-meter floor area with a showroom capable of displaying eight vehicles and a service area with 18 bays, ready to attend to customers' mechanical, body and paint, and diagnostic needs.

Further, the dealer has space for vehicle preparation, carwash, an accessories center and ample customer parking while its second floor is allotted for SVC’s regional center with conference and training rooms, as well as executive offices.

"This inauguration reflects the evolving partnership between Nissan Philippines and SVC," Nissan Philippines President Masao Tsutsumi was quoted as saying. "Together, we are building the foundation for Nissan's next chapter in the Philippines as we prepare to introduce exciting new vehicles to the market."

For his part, Sornet bared SVC’s plans to open a new dealership in Sta. Rosa soon.

“Our long-term goal is to continue supporting the growth of the Nissan brand while bringing excellent dealership services closer to more Filipino customers,” he added.
