Renovated Isuzu Makati now adopts IOS design philosophy

MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) and Isuzu Gencars, Inc. (Gencars) unveiled the new look of Isuzu Makati last Wednesday, March 30. Isuzu Makati is the brand's newest dealership in the country to officially adopt the Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) corporate design philosophy. IPC President Hajime Koso and Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda were in attendance, as were Gencars Chairman Dominic Edgard Cabangon and President Lerma Nacnac.

Gencars supervises seven dealerships: Isuzu Legaspi, Isuzu Naga, Isuzu San Pablo, Isuzu Batangas, Isuzu Batangas City, Isuzu Sta. Rosa, and Isuzu Makati. The latter is the group's first dealership to adopt the IOS, and preparations for the other branches are in the works. Over the years, the aforementioned organization has gained a reputation as one of the brand's most reliable partners, assisting in the enormous expansion of the brand's presence in South Luzon.

Koso expressed his gratitude to Gencars management for actively supporting IPC's dealer expansion and renovation initiative.

“This new Isuzu Outlet Standard is part of our company’s push to achieve utmost ‘Customer Success,’ aligned with Isuzu’s Global Dealership Standards that gives importance not just the sales side but the overall customer journey — starting from their inquiry, sales, after-sales service and their continuous return to our showroom, the new outlet standard will enable us to provide customer support in every step of the way,” Koso stated.
