Now, giving further approval to our foresight is Suzuki Philippines announcement that clearly mentioned an 2016 Suzuki Ertiga to soon join its lineup.

Words straight from the horse’s mouth -“Amid the great demand for a new version, we decided to bring in the refreshed 2016 Ertiga because we want Filipino families to experience its best-in-class innovations designed for comfort and style.”

Back to Ertiga, Some basic information about 2016 Ertiga -

1. This new model comes as a successor to 2014 launched Ertiga.

2. This time around Suzuki offers Ertiga in three trim levels, GA, GL and GLX.

3. Suzuki seven seater is famous by the name LUV, short for Life Utility Vehicle.

Exterior Design now Improved with Upgraded Design Language -

1. All-new Ertiga looks classier and sophisticated when compared to its previous version. A head turner for sure.

2. High trim levels get a new triple-slate chrome grille that seamlessly meets the new headlamp.

3.Nicely finishing its front looks are the small air dams, chrome lined fresh fog lamps.

4. Rear and side profile now gets body-colored outer rear view mirrors with integrated turn indicators and door handles, chrome tailgate garnish and wraparound taillamps.

5. A noticeable difference between the variants in the presence of 15-inch alloy wheels in GL and GLX variant and of 15-inch steel wheels in base trim GA.

Interior now gets techier -

1. One major change can be seen on Ertiga's entertainment front that now includes multimedia Android touch screen, USB, Bluetooth, Wifi along with hands-free function.

2. Top class variant, GLX gets audio and hands-free controls mounted on the steering wheel.

3. Drive easing equipment like keyless push start button and reserve sensors with on/off switches, also now form part of Ertiga.

4. Enhancing the versatility of the car is its 50:50 split seat at the rear seat.

Under the hood mechanism -

1. One thing is for sure that Suzuki is in no mood to bring in its Smart Hybrid technology to the Philippines.
