Toyota GR Yaris available with P160k discount this Sept.

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is offering its latest lineup of promos for the Hilux, RAV4, Tamaraw Utility Van, and the GR Yaris. 

Particularly interesting are the attractive offers for the Toyota GR Yaris. In a rare move, the Japanese brand’s local arm is offering a P160,000 discount for cash buyers of the rally-derived hot hatch. One can also take the all-wheel-drive two-door nameplate home with a relatively accessible downpayment of P523,000, or a monthly payment of P35,500 (AT variant).

To note, TMP’s pay low option also offers buyers free insurance for the first year, free Land Transportation Office (LTO) registration for three years, and no chattel mortgage at 60 months to pay. The said offers are available at all TMP dealerships nationwide until September 30, 2025, only.

Free periodic maintenance

Likewise available from TMP is a free periodic maintenance service (PMS) up to the 20,000-kilometer (km) session for buyers of the Raize, Veloz, Fortuner, Hilux, Innova, Avanza, and select variants of the Vios. The aforementioned is only available if the said models were purchased from an authorized Toyota dealership within the promo period. 

All variants of the Toyota Tamaraw sold until September 30, 2025, also qualify for a service discount voucher worth P1,200. The said voucher can be applied to nine PMS sessions, from the 1,000 km to the 40,000 km check-up sessions. 

A discount voucher with the same value is likewise available for buyers of the Rush, Corolla Altis, and Wigo, but is only applicable to seven PMS sessions, from 1,000 km to 30,000 km check-ups.

Trade-in rebates

This month, TMP is also offering trade-in rebates for up to P30,000. The aforementioned is open to current Vios, Innova, Fortuner, or Hilux owners who want to purchase a brand-new Corolla Cross HEV, Yaris Cross HEV, or Zenix HEV. 

A P20,000 rebate is also available for individuals trading in any four-wheel vehicle from any brand for a brand-new Toyota Tamaraw. 

Per Toyota, the rebate can be utilized as a cash discount for the purchase of the new vehicle during the promo period. 

Zero percent interest for Toyota Tamaraw

Specific variants of the Toyota Tamaraw, such as the Dropside DSL MT and AT, as well as the Tamaraw Utility Van LWB DSL MT, are eligible for zero percent interest terms when purchased through Toyota Financial Services Philippines. The aforementioned can be availed with the following downpayment rates:

Toyota GR Yaris in PH

In the Philippine market, the Toyota GR Yaris is priced at P3.411 million for the six-speed manual version, and at P3.57 million for the eight-speed automatic version. 

Under the hood of the model is a 1.6-liter turbocharged inline-three gasoline engine capable of producing up to 276 horsepower and 390 Newton-meters of torque. The model uses an all-wheel-drive system and is equipped with a limited-slip differential, front and rear disc brakes, a front MacPherson strut suspension system, and a double wishbone suspension for its rear end.
