Confirmed! Toyota PH Teases All-New Yaris Cross on Aug. 4

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has announced the arrival of a new nameplate for the local market, the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross.

    • In keeping with its mission to continually expand the range of electrified vehicle choices for Filipino car buyers, TMP will be offering the Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) variant of the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross. It will also be available in gas variants.

    According to TMP, the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross is its “best-packaged electrified vehicle yet.” With the launch of the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross, it is anticipated that customers will find electrified vehicles to be more practical and accessible.

    “We believe that the upcoming introduction of the all-new Yaris Cross will further boost the current evolving era of electrified mobility in the Philippines. The HEV variant of the all-new Yaris Cross is further strengthening our widest lineup of electrified vehicles, and giving our customers an easier route to shift to high quality and reliable electrified mobility technology,” TMP First Vice President for Vehicle Sales Operations Danny Cruz stated.

    The inclusion of electrified vehicles to its lineup is part of TMP's “multiple pathway approach” to help the mobility industry in becoming carbon neutral.

    The all-new Toyota Yaris Cross will make its public debut on August 4 at the BGC Amphitheater in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The event will be open to anyone who wants to experience TMP's HEV lineup, including the Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla Altis, Toyota Corolla Cross, Toyota RAV4, and the Toyota Zenix HEV. The all-new Toyota Yaris Cross will also be unveiled in all Toyota dealerships nationwide on the same day.

    Pricing for the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross starts at P1.199 million for the G gas variant and P1.598 million for the Hybrid variant. More details will be announced at the launch event and will be posted on the official website of TMP thereafter.

    Reservations for the all-new Toyota Yaris Cross are now open at all Toyota dealerships nationwide.
