Toyota Wigo, Raize, Tamaraw highlighted in June promo

MANILA: Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is making it rain with tempting promos for the month of June. 

Highlighted in the company’s rainy day deals are notable nameplates, which are the Toyota Wigo, Raize, and Tamaraw. The three are regarded as among its most fuel-efficient offerings, making them a good choice for those monitoring their miles. 

“Make every journey more rewarding this June as Toyota brings you more exciting choices to drive and experience the trusted quality, durability, and reliability of a brand-new Toyota vehicle,” TMP wrote in a press release. 

“Toyota’s latest offer aims to help customers find a mobility solution that fits both their lifestyle and financial priorities. Featured in this month’s promos are some of Toyota’s most fuel-efficient and dependable vehicles,” the Japanese carmaker’s local subsidiary added.

Straight Cash option 

This month’s promo rewards buyers who will be paying for their rides in full cash, as TMP’s Straight Cash option allows them to maximize their savings with discounts on select variants of the aforementioned models. 

For starters, the Toyota Wigo 1.0 G CVT comes with a cash discount of P40,000. 

The popular compact city car achieves a fuel efficiency rating of 18.2 kilometers per liter (kpl) in the city and stretches to 23.3 kpl on extra-urban roads. Its combined rating is 20.8 kpl. 

Its practicality and ease of use make it an excellent option for first-time car owners and daily commuters alike, according to TMP. 

Likewise, customers looking to get the Toyota Raize G CVT can also enjoy a P40,000 cash savings with the Straight Cash option. 

The crossover not only offers a higher ground clearance and a bit more space but also boasts bold styling and a more aggressive character. Efficiency-wise, it clocks in at 15.2 kpl in the city and 22.2 kpl in extra-urban conditions. Combined, its fuel efficiency rating is at 19.2 kpl. 

Per TMP, the Toyota Raize is able to provide owners with a well-rounded driving experience suited for both city journeys and weekend adventures. 

Finally, those looking to upgrade their workhorses —  all while still enjoying some level of fuel efficiency — can do so with the Toyota Tamaraw Dropside Diesel M/T. The light commercial vehicle also comes with a cash discount of P40,000. 

According to the carmaker, the returning nameplate delivers fuel economy figures of 11.9delivers fuel economy figures of 11.9 kpl in urban driving and 15.2 kpl in extra-urban conditions with a combined rating of 13.9 kpl. 

The Toyota Tamaraw, TMP pointed out, is engineered to meet the demands of both business and everyday use, the Tamaraw remains a dependable partner for a wide range of transport needs.

Aside from the aforementioned, the below TMP nameplates are available with the Straight Cash option. Listed are the specific variants of the Toyota Avanza, Veloz, Fortuner, and Ativ, with their respective cash discounts.
