Geely PH breaks ground on new dealerships in Calamba, Tacloban, and Bacolod

MANILA: Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP) recently conducted a series of groundbreaking ceremonies for upcoming Geely dealerships in different provinces across the country.

Last month, Alphamile Automotive Dealers, Inc. headed by Paul Tionson and Mark Tionson broke ground on Geely Calamba. The dealership will cover a total land area of 1,500 sqm. It comes with a showroom that can accommodate six cars for display and six service bays for car maintenance and repair. Geely Calamba will rise soon along AH26 Highway, Brgy. Makiling, Calamba, Laguna.

In the Visayas region, Topcars Autoworld Corporation held groundbreaking ceremonies for Geely Tacloban. With almost a decade in the automotive industry, Geely Tacloban will be Topcars Autoworld Corp.’s seventh dealership in the market. Geely Tacloban will cover a total land area of 1,000 sqm. Its showroom can accommodate four to five cars for display. The dealership will also have six service bays. Geely Tacloban will rise soon along Tabuan National Highway in Palo, Leyte.

Meanwhile, MNV Auto Group, Inc. broke ground on Geely Bacolod, a 1,000-sqm facility that will rise soon along Magsaysay Avenue, Bacolod City. The dealership will have six service bays and can display four to five cars in the showroom.

In a statement, SGAP President and Chief Executive Officer Yosuke Nishi said, “I am very pleased to welcome Geely Calamba, Tacloban, and Bacolod in the Geely network as we aggressively expand our dealership network in the Southern Luzon provinces, Visayas, and the rest of the country. The addition of these three outlets will further strengthen Geely’s market presence and at the same time provide residents of these areas access to Geely’s exciting and high technology vehicles and world-class facilities.”

Geely Calamba, Geely Tacloban, and Geely Bacolod are expected to be fully operational by 2022.
