Head over to Clark for round 1 of Toyota Vios Circuit Championship

MANILA: Are you a car race enthusiast? Well, if your answer is yes, then you’re in for a treat on 8 June 2019 by Toyota. The Japanese automaker is organising the round 1 of the Toyota Vios Circuit Championship at Clark International Speedway.

The event will consist of two formats namely Autocross Challenge and Circuit Championship which will see various celebrities, car clubs, Toyota owners, and motoring media taking part in the race. The best part? Entry is free and you can get inside the facility starting 9 AM tomorrow, i.e., 8 June 2019.

In the Autocross format, the drivers will navigate through an obstacle course one at a time, while in the Circuit Championship, all the racers will battle against each other during laps. Moreover, Toyota has especially tweaked the One Make Race (OMR) Vios racecar for the event.

“It’s the first time that the All-New Vios model will be tested at the racetracks since its debut as a pace car in 2018’s Filinvest leg. We made sure that aside from speed, the Vios is also a built for precision and safety”, said TMP Vice President Ms Elijah Marcial.

The Toyota Vios Circuit Championship will also feature three categories in the form of Sporting Class, Promotional Class, and Celebrity Class. If you also have that craving for racing on a race track, Toyota Motor Philippines have you covered.

Head over to the Toyota Philippines’ official Facebook page and take part in the running promo. Toyota will then contact five winners and provide them with a race-ready Vios. The only prerequisites are - you must be owning a Toyota vehicle and you should be knowing how to drive with manual transmission.
