Maxus G10 Assist Package gives convenient passenger experience for elderly, PWDs

MANILA: With its commodious and flexible cabin space, the Maxus G10 is an ideal family vehicle, especially for those with special needs. Theo Sandico, a G10 owner, has decided to purchase one for his family because his 95-year-old father needs an extraordinary vehicle that would help him easily commute during the pandemic.

The G10 van that was purchased by the Sandico family comes with Assist Package, an option that is ideal for the elderly, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and recovering patients. According to Sandico, the G10 van features a “spacious, comfortable and very nice body design.” He also noted that it is the only van that comes with the Assist Package or swivel seat.

The Assist Package’s programmable swivel seat was installed at the second row adjacent to the sliding door. Sandico said that this feature “has been very helpful to get our 95-year-old father up into the van.” With the help of the comfortable passenger experience that the G10 offers, Sandico’s father is able to safely make essential travels such as getting his COVID-19 vaccine and occasional trips from their hometown in Pampanga. The G10 can accommodate up to nine people and comes with four rear captain seats that make it a comfortable and convenient ride for the entire household.

Sandico also commended the after-sales service at Maxus Quezon Avenue during the pandemic. He stated, “The Maxus dealership personnel have performed exceptionally well and efficiently. Despite the limited manpower as a result of strict quarantine protocols, they would call, even from home, to remind and inform us of the scheduled periodic maintenance service for our G10 van.”
