MG PH wants customers to 'Expect Extraordinary'

MANILA: The Covenant Car Company Inc. (TCCCI), the official distributor of MG vehicles in the Philippines, celebrates nearly two years of full operation through a revised brand promise and tagline, “Expect Extraordinary.”

This is in line with its commitment to continuously offer affordable, well-appointed, and modern British heritage vehicles, as well as consumer-centric aftersales services.

At the core of “Expect Extraordinary” is a modern range of high-quality and value-for-money vehicles of MG Philippines. These include the MG 5 sedan, which is the brand’s newest offering; the flexible RX5 SUV; the dynamic and MG 6 fastback sedan; and the well-known MG ZS crossover SUV.

These MG vehicles are fitted with innovative and convenient-to-use features such as hill start assist, traction control, automatic LED headlights, panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera view, and touchscreen infotainment system, among others.

Consistent with the "Extraordinary" pledge are its range of aftersales services

After almost two years, the continually expanding MG Philippines dealer network has 24 dealerships to date. This guarantees the availability of MG services and components nationwide.

MG Philippines services are now accessible online. One these is MG Live Chat Support to connect customers with MG consultants in terms of real-time inquiries for vehicle warranty information, parts availability, sales, products, promos, and other topics that involve vehicle maintenance, and ownership.

Other services of the auto brand include the My MG App for online parts reservations and service scheduling and the MG Online Garage Service for live, virtual vehicle consultations with MG specialists.

TCCCI recently won the Five Star Distributor award, which is the highest recognition among all MG distributors worldwide. It was given to TCCCI during the MG Overseas Dealers and Distributors Conference conducted online last July.

The said award also marked an exceptional milestone, as TCCCI was also recognized as the first international MG distributor to attain the Five Star status on its first complete year of operations.

With the local launch of MG Philippines in October 2018, it was clear how excited the company was in presenting the brand along with its value-positive portfolio.

The former tagline, “Meet MG” was a significant phrase for the brand previously as it introduced the company to Filipinos. The tagline was also an open invitation to see how this British heritage car that was introduced in 1924 at Oxford, England, has developed through time.
