Mitsubishi Triton gets AFMCA nod

MANILA: The Mitsubishi Triton was awarded the Best Design in the Standard Pick-Up Truck Category for 2024-2025 Auto Focus Media’s Choice Awards (AFMCA).

In a statement, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) believed that the recognition highlights the nameplate’s athletic and robust design, “which makes it a perfect companion for any scene.”

Conducted annually since 2008, the AFMCA is conducted by Sunshine TV to further recognize the automotive brands and their products. Votes received from select motoring journalists determine the winner of the awards.

MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer Ritsu Imaeda expressed gratitude and enthusiasm upon receiving the award.

"We are truly honored to receive the Auto Focus Media’s Choice Award for Best Design in the Pick-up Category. This award will help customers realize how the Mitsubishi Triton is the best-suited pick-up truck for city driving, work and adventure due to its perfect combination of cutting-edge design, functionality, and performance”, he said.

In addition, the Mitsubishi Triton comes in seven color options namely:

Available in seven trims, the pricing of the Mitsubishi Triton ranges between P1.134-P1.909 million.
