Nissan to ‘formally’ unveil Kicks e-Power tomorrow

MANILA: Nissan Philippines is inviting the public for the formal launch of the all-new Kicks e-Power set for tomorrow in Makati.

The test-drive lineup will include the all-new Kicks e-Power, all-new X-Trail e-POWER, Patrol, Terra, and Navara.The model’s public unveiling will be part of a three-day “Nissan Intelligent Mobility” display to be held at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center starting August 28 until the rest of the weekend.
In a statement, the Japanese automaker shared that visitors can check out the vehicle: its upgraded aesthetics, innovative technologies, and electrified performance. Eventgoers ca can also test drive it at the venue.

Aside from the Kicks e-Power, NPI will also showcase and make available for test drives the following vehicles to allow clients to explore and experience Nissan's lineup firsthand and enjoy exclusive offers.

Nissan Kicks e-Power: possible specs, variants
While Nissan Philippines has yet to unveil the official specifications and features of the upcoming Kicks e-Power, the model’s homologation papers have already been published by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
According to the government agency, the Kicks e-POWER will come in three variants:
- VE
- VL
- LE Plus
Each trim will come in a premium color, although the exact name for these was not specified. The same memorandum circular also indicated that the model will receive a 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine, a single electric motor producing up to 134 horsepower, and a lithium-ion battery.
It was likewise published that the model will have 17-inch wheels wrapped in 205/55 tires and a top speed of 145 kilometers per hour.
Notably, the same LTO publication disclosed that the upcoming Nissan Kicks e-Power will have the following dimensions:
