Oil's well for Hiace Commuter owners as Toyota PH offers 'Oil-In' promo

MANILA: The importance of mobility has been further emphasized with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on transportation.

With the easing of quarantine guidelines in various areas of the country, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) is providing aid to operators and drivers of Hiace Commuters used in businesses to rebuild their livelihood so they can cater to more Filipinos who are in need of safer and more dependable ways to reach their destinations.

TMP's "Oil-In" promo allows owners of commercially used Hiace Commuter vans to take advantage of discounts in filter and oil-change services from any Toyota dealership in the country.

Moreover, the promo also allows operators and drivers of Hiace Commuters to maintain the excellent condition of their vehicles through the use of genuine Toyota materials and components such as drain plug gaskets, oil filters, and mineral motor oil.

Through this offer, vehicles will be under the care of trained technicians of Toyota who can service Hiace Commuter models being utilized as airport shuttles, tourist shuttles, ambulances, UV Express, school buses, and for delivery or courier services, and others with as much as P1,170 savings.

TMP First Vice President for Customer Service Operations Rainnier Gregorio said, “The Toyota Hiace — the Commuter variant in particular — has played a big role in moving people and industries through the years, and its usefulness has become more evident now that physical distancing is the norm. Commercial Hiace drivers and operators have been doing a great service to the public, and we'd like to assist them, especially now that most of them need assistance to restart their operations."

The "Oil-In" promo for Hiace Commuters can be availed until December 29, 2020. Models purchased from 1996 to 2005 from any Toyota dealership can acquire the filter and change oil service for only P1,599 (from the initial price of P2,553), while those purchased from 2005 to the present time (excluding the Hiace Commuter Deluxe) can undergo servicing for only P1,999 (from initial price of P3,169).

Labor cost is already included in the full promo price, and the promo cannot be availed along with other existing Toyota service promos.
