Suzuki to expand presence in Negros Oriental with soon-to-rise Bais dealership

MANILA: Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH) will expand its presence in Negros Oriental by opening a new dealership in Bais City. 

The local subsidiary of the Japanese automotive brand has staged a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the new outlet (soon after it broke ground at its new site in Oton, Iloilo), which was attended by the company’s key officials and executives from the dealership’s operator — GUD Moto Trading Incorporated. 

Suzuki Auto Bais is strategically located along Laurel Street in Barangay Hangyad. It has a total lot size of 2,000 square meters (sqm) and will feature a 412-sqm showroom capable of displaying up to seven vehicles along with a 650-sqm service area housing five service bays. 

“On behalf of Suzuki Philippines, I am honored to be here with you today as we break ground for this new Suzuki dealership here in Bais City. This is a special day for us, and we are grateful to have your presence and support as we take this important step,” SPH President Koichiro Hirao said. 

“This new dealership represents our commitment to bringing Suzuki’s high-quality vehicles and excellent service closer to the people of Bais City,” he added. 

“Bais is a growing and vibrant place, and we recognize its potential as a business and transportation hub in Negros Oriental. Our goal is to provide not only reliable vehicles but also peace of mind and convenience for our customers,” the SPH head honcho concluded. 

Per SPH, Suzuki Auto Bais is expected to be fully operational by the third quarter of 2026.
