Awkward cup holder placement, limited trunk space

I’m approximately 190 pounds and 6 feet tall, and out of all the cars that I have driven in the past, the Mazda CX-5 is the most comfortable one. I commute 12 km one way in this vehicle and have no complaints with it in terms of its performance and comfort. A couple of gripes I have with the interior of the Mazda CX-5 are that the cup holder is in an awkward spot. The cup holder has definitely been made for shorter people. The trunk space is also not that good. Even when I put the back seats down, I at times have trouble with space.
