Cramped third row, tight cargo space

I have owned the Mazda CX-90 for 9 months, and in such a short period, I have taken it to the dealership twice. The engine makes a low noise that comes from the engine's rear. Mechanics just try to assure me by saying everything will be fine. The third row is a bit cramped, and the cargo space is also very tight. Families need room for gear, kids, and luggage, but the CX-90 has miserably failed in providing functional space. The seat cushions give the feeling of stiff foam, making long drives a painful experience. The ride quality is also jittery and stiff.
