2020 Kia Mohave's interior is where you wanna be

MANILA: The 2020 Kia Mohave started making waves as soon as the automaker released first set of images that disclosed the SUV’s exterior. And now, Kia has revealed the interior of the 2020 Mohave. Unlike the exterior of the 2020 Kia Mohave, which is rather muscular and intimidating, the inside of the South Korean SUV is calm, mature, and well-bred. As we all expected, there is a three-row seating setup, and the upholstery is done in leather that features a quilted design. Just like any modern-day car, there are various piano black trim pieces and wooden trims inside the SUV.

The cabin features three rows with the first and second rows having captain seats. A single press folds the captain seats down in the second row so that the occupants can reach to the third row comfortably. Moving on, the occupants even in the second and third rows have peace of mind thanks to the dedicated air-con vents and HVAC controls. For the tech-savvy people, the automaker has equipped the SUV with not only USB but also 220 V ports in the second and third rows.

Kia has used a 12.3-inch digital display each for the instrument cluster and the infotainment system. Moreover, the two large displays are capable of displaying important information alongside navigation, media, and weather details. In terms of power, the 2020 Kia Mohave gets its juices from a 3.0-litre turbocharged-diesel V6 motor that is good enough for 260 PS of maximum power and a peak torque of 560 Nm. An eight-speed automatic transmission sends the power to the wheels.

While the chances of the 2020 Kia Mohave to land on the Philippine shores are slim, we would love for the South Korean automobile manufacturer to treat the Filipinos with another large seven-seater SUV.
