Ford PH recognizes talents at 2025 Skills Olympics
MANILA: Ford Philippines has celebrated and recognized its talents among its dealer sales, service and technical personnel with the recently-concluded 2025 Ford Skills Olympics.

According to the Blue Oval’s local arm, the Ford Skills Olympics has become an effective platform to showcase talents and develop the necessary skills in delivering customer satisfaction and delight. It also celebrates camaraderie among dealership teams in working together to achieve business objectives.
“At Ford, we believe that one of our strengths lies in our dealer network – and that means investing in the development and growth of our dealer teams through the Skills Olympics,” Ford Philippines Managing Director Pedro Simoes was quoted as saying.
Aside from that, the Dearborn-headquartered marque’s arm in the country expressed firm belief that its Ford Skills Olympics serves as an effective way to “upskill its dealership staff and foster healthy competition across teams to deliver an enhanced ownership experience.”
