Nissan introduces “Service on Wheels”, an on-site service & repair program

MANILA: Getting your Nissan car serviced was never easier. With Nissan Philippines launching the "Service on Wheels" program, the Philippine masses who own a Nissan car will now be able to get their car serviced and repair at their doorstep. The program is going to be of great help to those customers who can't take time off their busy schedule and get their Nissan car serviced or repaired at the service centre.

With the "Service on Wheels" program in action, the Nissan dealerships who are taking part will deploy specialised service vehicle managed by two Nissan-certified technicians. Moreover, the dedicated vehicle and the two technicians will be able to perform the following operations:

• Light periodic maintenance
• Vehicle diagnosis
• Tyre, brake, and battery replacement
• Minor repairs
• Emergency roadside assistance.

While the "Service on Wheels" is currently offered by selected Nissan dealership, we hope for more dealerships to join the fleet sooner than later. "Service on Wheels is a way for Nissan to extend our expertise in vehicle care outside our service centres. This gives a new and exciting dimension to our reliable services by delivering satisfaction to our customers, wherever they are", said Atsushi Najima, President and Managing Director of Nissan in the Philippines.
