Suzuki ranked as 2nd most reliable carmaker in Honest John Satisfaction Index 2022

MANILA: Suzuki was ranked as the second most reliable car manufacturer in the Honest John Satisfaction Index 2022.

Over 6,000 car owners were asked to rate their vehicles for reliability, ride comfort, fuel efficiency, practicality, and performance. The respondents also ranked their vehicles for build quality, usability, safety, and repair costs. They gave the Suzuki Swift high scores for build quality and reliability, making it the top performer for Suzuki. The Suzuki Vitara was also lauded as a dependable SUV.

“Suzuki has earned one of its strongest ever results in the Honest John Satisfaction Index, with owners giving the Japanese car brand exceptionally high ratings for build quality and reliability. Suzuki secured an average of 9.75 out of 10 for reliability, which is the second highest score in this year’s Index. Suzuki is clearly committed to producing high quality and dependable cars that its owners can trust,” Honest John Senior Editor Dan Powell stated.

“Following the strong result this summer in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index with Suzuki rated the top automotive brand, the Honest John Satisfaction Index really emphasizes how our customers feel about Suzuki as a brand and we’re really proud to receive this result heading into 2023,” Suzuki GB PLC said in a statement.
