2019 Honda CBR150R gets a sharper design when compared to the outgoing model. It comes with twin-pod, full LED headlight as before. The windscreen becomes taller, which helps enhance windblast protection. Honda gives a premium look to its taillights and LED blinkers.

The motorcycle comes with four color options in the Thai market - Red/Black, Black, Orange (with Repsol racing livery), and Blue/Black.

Apart from all these, not many changes are made in the mechanical components. The bike is equipped with the same 149 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled mill, which is capable of pumping out a maximum power of 17.1 PS while the peak torque is 14.4 Nm. The maximum power and the peak torque comes at 9,000 rpm and 7,000 rpm, respectively. The power is sent to the ground via a six-speed manual gearbox. The manufacturer claimed that the bike could return a top-speed of 135 kmph.

The ABS version comes with an Emergency Signal Stop (ESS) system and petal-type discs.
