Too stiff for daily tradie use

I’m a tradie and I drive a 2023 Hiace. When I load all my tools in the back of this vehicle, the ride quality feels very rough. I even asked the service department of Toyota if there was some problem with the suspension, but they assured me that everything was normal. On normal roads, this vehicle reacts to every uneven surface and bump and makes me feel like I’m riding on solid rubber tyres. Overall, for daily tradie use, this vehicle feels too stiff for so I’ve made up my mind to trade it for a cab chassis. The seats are also not that comfortable.
