Practical SUV model from Toyota that is apt for city driving purpose

Being an urban dweller I was badly in search for a SUV model that is incredibly fuel efficient and has gained adequate reputation in market due to its practicality. Even being a beginner in car driving segment I was seeking for something that is easy to maneuver on city roads. From each of these perspectives these car model seemed best suited to me. The compact size of this car seemed so appropriate for navigating or parking on narrow spaces. Yet this may not be proper to drive via highways as its engine may appear to be underpowered. If you seek for a model that offers sufficient cargo space this car may again seem to be not the best model to consider.
