Suzuki Philippines Incorporated has updated the Dzire nameplate and presented the new hybrid-powered sedan at the recently held Manila International Auto Show. 

That said, fans of compact city cars were eager to find out what the latest iteration of the model has to offer. To help potential buyers, we will look into the five available colors of the Suzuki Dzire Hybrid and also discuss its relevant features along the way. 

So, without further ado, here are the five appealing hues of the new, mild-hybrid version of the familiar compact car. 

Alluring Blue Pearl Metallic 

The Suzuki Dzire Hybrid’s blue color best represents its new powertrain system. Its cool hues appear deep and dark, providing a sense of power while still giving off sustainable vibes. 

Speaking of which, the vehicle uses a setup comprised of a 1.5-liter gasoline engine paired with an integrated starter motor. While the latter — aided by a 0.072 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery — helps start the gasoline-fed mill after the engine auto stop and start system kicks in, it is not able to propel the vehicle fully to drive a certain range using all-electric power. 

Nevertheless, the Suzuki Dzire Hybrid is still a good choice for those looking for a fuel-efficient ride, whether for daily use or for spontaneous weekend getaways.

At its fore now sits a pair of sleek headlamps connected by a long chrome bar (which lines well with its daytime running lights) with the Suzuki emblem at the center. The grille looks robust with some horizontal slats that add a strong and stable character to the compact city car. 

Fog lamps are housed inside durable-looking plastics situated on the cheeks of the car’s fascia. Below it is a discreet chin, which rounds up its front design elements. 

To the side of the Suzuki Dzire Hybrid are straight bodylines complementing the body-colored door handles and side mirrors with turn signal indicators. The window surrounds are finished in black with a touch of chrome at the bottom. 

The car rides on either 14- or 15-inch wheels shod with 165/80 or 185/65 series tires. 

At the back, the new model sports some Y-shaped taillights bridged by a shiny black tailgate garnish. Some contours can be seen on its bumper while a large rear glass provides the driver with a proper view of what’s behind the vehicle.
