Geely Motor PH to start releasing EX2 units tomorrow

MANILA: EX2 units that have been pre-ordered as early as last April will be turned over to their respective owners starting tomorrow (June 23), Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) said.

According to the brand’s local distributor, the soon-to-be-released examples were from customers who reserved their vehicles during this year’s Manila International Auto Show and the 10th Philippine International Motor Show, as well as from those who visited their showrooms. 

This development will coincide with another public display for the all-new Geely EX2 slated Tuesday at the Glorietta Palm Drive Activity Center in Makati City where the company will reveal the exclusive limited-time purchase offers, final variant specifications, and other exciting launch details about the model.

In a statement, GMP noted that the, the Geely EX2 is the best-selling A/B-segment pure electric vehicle around the world and was the top-selling vehicle across all categories in China in 2025 and from January to May 2026. 

The Geely EX2 Pro will be offered in two variants at the following prices:

Geely EX2 Pro	P938,000
Geely EX2 Max	P1.38 million

Here are some notable details about the Geely EX2. 

Built on Geely’s dedicated Global Intelligent Electric Architecture (GEA), the Geely EX2 measures:

The vehicle also offers a 4.95-meter turning radius that helps drivers make tight u-turns.

Further, its rear cargo space can swallow up to 1,320 liters of cargo inside the cabin and another 70 liters in the front trunk.

Complementing the space is the 36 storage compartments throughout the cabin that all five occupants can take advantage of.

This powertrain is mated to a 39.4-kilowatt-hour lithium-iron-phosphate battery pack that provides a driving range of up to 395 kilometers (based on New European Driving Cycle standards). This energy bank also supports direct-current fast charging, which juices up the battery from 30 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes.

Guided by the 0.618 Golden Ratio, the Geely EX2 feature balanced body proportions highlighted by the "smiling" front fascia, feather-inspired LED headlights, smooth body lines, and 16-inch four-leaf-clover-inspired alloy wheels. 

Inside, the cabin has the following creature comforts:

• 14.6-inch high-definition central touchscreen powered by Geely’s Flyme Auto with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity
• 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster
• 256-color ambient lighting system

Among the advance driver assistive technologies that are fitted in the vehicle are:

• Automatic Emergency Braking
• Lane Departure Warning
• 540-degree transparent chassis camera system
