Honda Cars PH slashes CR-V price in latest promo

MANILA: Honda Cars Philippines Incorporated (HCPI) has rolled out its latest promo, allowing car buyers to drive home the CR-V V Turbo CVT with a P300,000 discount. 

After the abovemetioned price cut, the cost of the compact sport utility vehicle (SUV) — which retails for P2.1 million — is brought down to just P1.8 million, pointed out the local subsidiary of the Japanese carmaker. 

Honda CR-V V Turbo CVT highlights 

The Honda CR-V V Turbo CVT runs on a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control technology. On paper, it does about 182 horsepower and 240 Newton-meters of torque, which is more than adequate for daily commutes as well as for spontaneous weekend adventures. 

In addition to its sporty, yet elegant exterior, is a modern cabin that can be appreciated by both the driver and passengers. Notable is its 10.2-inch digital instrument panel, nine-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as other niceties like a triple-zone automatic air conditioning system and eight-speaker sound system. 

Having the Honda Connect feature is also a plus, which allows users to make emergency calls, search for points of interest, and receive maintenance reminders.

What makes it an even more appealing ride for both families and young professionals is its suite of safety technologies brought by its signature Honda Sensing feature. These include adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, collision mitigation braking system, and forward collision warning. 

Finally, it has flexible seating for seven and a cargo capacity of around 840 liters.
