Isuzu PH highlights fuel efficient products at 2025 DOE-Petron Eco Run
D-Max, muX ratings as high as 17.11 km/Lge
MANILA: Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) takes pride in the efficiency ratings that the D-Max and mu-X got at the 2025 Department of Energy-Petron Fuel Economy Run last September 24.

They clocked in at 20.63 and 17.11 km/Lge, respectively.Based on the results shared by the energy department, the two models — both LS-A 4x2 AT options — reached fuel efficiency ratings as high as 20.63 kilometers per liter of gasoline equivalent after covering around 155 kilometers of road along Tarlac-Pampanga-La Union Expressway during the activity.

Per IPC, the results highlighted “balance of power, comfort, and efficiency that both models are known for.”

“With our advanced diesel engine technology, combined with the aerodynamic design, both models are optimized to perform efficiently across various road conditions with less drag translating into these impressive fuel economy results,” he added.
Further, Carlos shared the brand’s appreciation towards the aforementioned program.
“We thank the Department of Energy for continuously conducting the Fuel Eco-Run. This initiative is a valuable service to Filipino consumers, as it promotes transparency, encourages manufacturers to innovate, and supports the country’s broader goals on energy efficiency and sustainability.”
