In no particular order, here is the list of the vehicles in the eco-drive and their respective fuel economy rating.

    JAC

JAC Philippines fielded two of its models, specifically the T8 Pro 4x2 AT Advance and the Ytterby Pro 505. The former managed to achieve a 17.54 kilometers per liter of gasoline equivalent (km/Lge) rating while the latter clocked in at 68.52 km/Lge.

For reference, the pickup truck uses a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine, while the compact hatchback is a fully electric model.

    JMC

For its part, JMC Philippines participated using the Grand Avenue 4x4 AT with a 2.3-liter turbocharged diesel mill and the JMEV EV3 330 using an all-electric powertrain.

The large pickup got a 15.94 km/Lge rating while the compact car got 75.28 km/Lge.

    GAC

GAC's entry in the eco-run is the GS3 Emzoom R-Style that packs a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine; and the Emkoo Hybrid GL, which uses a 2.0-liter gasoline powerplant assisted by an electric motor to achieve hybrid propulsion.

For the internal combustion engine-powered subcompact sport utility vehicle’s (SUV) performance, it clocked in at 18.61 km/Lge. Meanwhile, its hybrid stablemate got 22.00 km/Lge.

    Mini

Although small in size, the Mini Cooper Aceman SE Hatchback proved that it is big in performance, especially when it comes to measuring fuel economy.

It got a fuel economy rating equivalent to 91.51 km/Lge, thanks to its battery-electric powertrain.

    Hongqi

Chinese luxury car brand Hongqi Philippines has entered three models from its roster, namely the E-HS9, E-HS7, and E-H7. The electric models achieved 40.57, 48.7, and 51.16 km/Lge, respectively.

    Foton

Foton Philippines, too, joined the fuel economy trial and tested with the Tunland V9 and V7. Both are fitted with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel engine with an automatic transmission, but the former proved to be less efficient than the latter as shown in their 13.63 and 14.48 km/Lge ratings.

    Volvo

The first brand in our list under Hariphil Asia Resources Incorporated is Volvo Philippines. The premium Swedish marque brought out two relatively premium models in the form of the XC60 T8 Ultra and the EX30 Ultra.

The first-mentioned model uses a plug-in hybrid powertrain with a 23.0-liter gasoline engine and was able to muster a performance with a 52.19 km/Lge rating. Volvo Cars Philippines’ second entry uses a battery-electric powertrain and was able to achieve a fuel economy rating equivalent to 76.21 km/Lge.

    Chevrolet

The local wing of the Golden Bowtie brand fielded one of its newest offerings, the Groove.

It is powered by a 1.5-liter gasoline engine and hauls a body in crossover form. On that note, it was able to achieve a fuel economy rating of 17.50 km/Lge.

    Honda

A three-model lineup was brought by Honda Cars Philippines to the eco-run.

It consisted of the HR-V RS e:HEV (powered by a 1.5–liter gasoline engine), Civic RS e:HEV (uses a 2.0-liter gasoline powerplant), and CR-V RS e:HEV (with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine).

However, the pickup truck proved to be more efficient with a 20.63 km/Lge rating, but its SUV counterpart still managed a decent performance at 17.11 km/Lge.

    GWM Philippines

Great Wall Motor (GWM) Philippines joined the econo test drive with its Cannon pickup truck. It put forward two variants of the nameplate, namely the Lux and SLux trims. Both models are fitted with a 2.4-liter turbocharged diesel engine, but had varying results.
