MG raffles off e-tickets to online run of hit Pinoy musical ‘Rak of Aegis’

MANILA: As an advocate of original Pilipino music (OPM) , MG Philippines has teamed up with the Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) to launch the #RakWithMG online contest. MG will be giving away free e-tickets to original Pinoy musical “Rak of Aegis,” which will be streamed online on August 7.

To join the raffle, like and follow the official social media pages of MG Philippines. From August 1 to 5, tag two friends in the comments section of the official #RakWithMG Facebook post (facebook.com/OfficialMGPhilippines/posts/4553862401292227) with the hashtag #RakWithMG. Upload the screenshot of the comment at bit.ly/RakWithMGRaffle to earn a raffle entry.

Twelve winners will be randomly drawn on August 6 and will be announced on MG Philippines’ social media accounts. The e-tickets will be given on August 7.

Rak of Aegis features the classic songs of the iconic OPM band Aegis. It tells a story of a young girl named Aileen who dreams to become a YouTube sensation.

In the past years, MG Philippines has staged numerous MG Live! free concert events to promote local talents and reinforce the brand’s youthful spirit. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MG was not able to host a concert in the recent months but they still find ways to celebrate Pinoy music by sponsoring virtual OPM events.
