PH auto distributors offer free emergency roadside assistance to motorists for Holy Week 2026

MANILA: At least three automotive distributors in the country are set to offer free roadside emergency assistance to motorists this Holy Week.

    Customers who will take advantage of the emergency roadside assistance shall be accorded with free labor services. They only need to pay for the portion that will be replaced.

    On the other hand, dealer partners who took part in the 4th HMPH Holy Week Roadside Assistance Program (HWRAP) started last March 31 by mobilizing their Hyundai BeforeService units and trained personnel across key routes nationwide to support motorists throughout the holiday period.  

    Included in the HWRAP services are free vehicle health inspections, GDS diagnostic scanning, light general repairs, and preventive maintenance services (PMS). The following shops will offer these at their respective sites:

     Lastly, MG Philippines will deploy motorist assistance stations in key locations along major thoroughfares — ready to assist its customers who may require immediate roadside support while traveling to and from their destinations.

    Moreover, select MG dealerships will remain operational, staffed with a full-service team ready to address customer needs. Their offers include:

    1. PMS
    2. Free 36-point vehicle inspection
    3. On-site technical support and assistance

    While these are offered, all three brands encouraged motorists to check their vehicles before heading out and practice responsible driving.
