Suzuki Swift Concept to debut at 2023 Japan Mobility Show

MANILA: The Suzuki Swift Concept (photo shown above) will make its debut at the 2023 Japan Mobility Concept this month.

Per the Japanese automotive company, the concept version of the Swift compact car will not only boast “design” and “drive,” but also propose the nameplate’s new value of “have fun with car and daily lives.”

Powering the Suzuki Swift Concept is a high-efficiency engine, which strikes a balance between driving performance and fuel efficiency.

Additionally, it will showcase a suite of advanced safety technologies including Dual Sensor Brake Support II collision mitigation braking, Adaptive High Beam System, and Driver Monitoring System.

Suzuki will also take to the Japan Mobility Show the eVX.

As the brand’s first strategic electric vehicle (EV), the Suzuki eVX was first seen in India at Auto Expo 2023. For its outing in Japan, the electric model will offer an evolved exterior. Further, its Japan debut will also be the first time the brand will reveal the eVX’s interior.

According to Suzuki, the eVX has an estimated all-electric range of 500 kilometers (km).

Next on Suzuki’s 2023 Japan Mobility Show list of exhibit cars is the eWX.

Offering an emissions-free range of 230km, the Suzuki eWX will be touted as a fun and practical mini wagon.

As for Suzuki’s commercial sector showcase, it will show event attendees the e Every Concept.

Featuring a battery-electric vehicle system, which was jointly developed by Suzuki Motor Corporation, Daihatsu Motor Co., Ltd., and Toyota Motor Corporation, the Suzuki e Every Concept is said to have a range of 200km.

Two other models are expected to make their global debuts at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show. The Suzuki Spacia Concept and Spacia Custom Concept are minicars that offers a unique styling and spacious cabin.

Additionally, the concept models are filled with Suzuki’s wish to “Make daily lives more fun, convenient, and comfortable!”
