With Only 10 Units, Dodge Challenger Hellcat Introduced In The Philippines

MANILA: A good news for the muscle car lovers, from the house of Dodge, the American automaker has introduced its much acclaimed Challenger Hellcat in the country. The ones who are looking to have their hands on the Dodge Challenger Hellcat should rush to the Auto Nation Group, the official distributor of Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep, as the manufacturer has limited this muscle car to 10 units in the Philippines. Before this, Dodge introduced a new color for Charger and Challenger and now the brand is again in the limelight by introducing the Challenger Hellcat.

But, the Challenger Hellcat has landed in the Philippines with a delay of approximately a year, as the brand was planning to introduce the Dodge Challenger Hellcat in the third quarter of 2015 but, was not able to bring the muscle car at that time. Also recognized as “the most powerful muscle car ever” the Challenger Hellcat has been bestowed with a range of exterior and interior tweaks that has granted it a separate identity from Challenger SRT8. Some of the notable changes at the exterior involve double duty round headlights accompanied with air intake and ventilated aluminium hood along with dual air extractors to improve airflow to the mighty engine.

The split LED taillights, black chrome finished dual exhaust pipes and a spoiler are some other changes of Hellcat. Considering the side profile, well-creased shoulder lines run from the front tip to the rear and 20-inch matte black forged aluminium wheels further boasts the aggressive character of Challenger Hellcat. What makes it the most powerful muscle car is its Mopar’s HEMI engine which is based on the SRT8 motor. Further coupled with an IHI supercharger, the output figures of this muscle car counts to 717 PS maximum power and 880 Nm peak torque, which is enough to give you goosebumps. With a strength to hit a top speed of 320 kmph, the Challenger Hellcat can mark the 100 kmph mark from zero within 4 seconds. Considering the prices of this Dodge beast, it will start from Php 6,300,000 and we even might see this being showcased at the upcoming 2016 PIMS.
