MANILA: The global and local automotive industry marches on in the last week of November 2025. In the said period, however, the Philippine market did not see a car launch, but plenty of developments, such as dealership openings, happened nonetheless.

Dongfeng Nissan Teana
Dongfeng Nissan has rolled out the Teana midsize sedan in China. If the name sounds familiar, it was once sold in the Philippine market under the same name but was discontinued back in 2021.

Yamaha XMax Tech Max
Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) could be bringing in the XMax Tech Max for the local market soon. The company hasn’t disclosed a launch date for the model yet, but the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has already published the homologation papers for the XMax Tech Max.
