Affecting the sales figures in July, CAMPI TMA noted in a statement, is the temporary weather-related disruptions that also influenced operations. However, the slowdown was buffered by the “strong commercial vehicle demand and signs of recovery in the passenger car segment.”

“The industry’s continued growth, particularly in commercial segments, reflects strong market fundamentals and the agility of our members in navigating short-term challenges. We are optimistic that the momentum will carry forward into the second half of the year.” With new model launches, promotional campaigns, and improving consumer sentiment on the horizon, CAMPI and TMA remain confident in the automotive sector’s sustained recovery and expansion,” CAMPI President Atty. Rommel Gutierrez was quoted as saying.

To recall, year-to-date sales for June 2025 is 230,912 two-percent higher when measured up against the 226,279 vehicles handed over to buyers for the same timeline the previous year.
